The Bulk Order, Logistics and Ops 5/19/2016
This is the most important part of the loft conversion build. Logistics and ops: once the guys have done the initial rip out and prepared for the build to begin, roughly two or three days into the project the bulk order from Lawsons merchants will arrive. This is then craned onto the roof and consists of an array of materials from Steel Jousts, Spanish Slates, Yellow London Stock Bricks, Timber, Batten ec depending on project to project. The site manager will then coordinate with his team what needs to be done first and who is responsible for each set of materials.
