Completed dormer conversion in Richmond 10/31/2013
The roof space in this recently completed project allowed for a good sized study room under the front elevation. In addition to this 2.4m height was achieved in rear dormer section with a good sized bedroom and bathroom.
Facing out to the garden was wide French doors with black steel Juliette balcony.
